Jeff in Saskatoon, Canada drives a 1929 essex 3 window rumble seat coupe.
-A rod with a bad Rattitude!

Jeff's Essex is under constant work and is being modified from time to time... |
...As is evident in this more recent shot It runs on a 1958 Chevy car frame with the original chevy rearend. A stock 305 Chevy engine and a turbo 350 transmission provide motivation for the original all steel Essex body which is topped off with a wood roof. |
Front rims are 1955 Chev 15" x 5" powder coated red with 165 R 15 tires
The rears are Wheel Vintique 15" x 10" custom built and red powder coated shod with
pro-trac N-50 bias ply rubber. Old skool trim rings along with chrome lug nuts provide some sparkle. |
Rear fenders have been widened and a '58 Chev fuel tank added out in the rear of the car. |
Plans for this year (2010) are: install front fenders & running boards, chrome block hugger headers with dual exhaust. Install aluminum intake and new polished edelbrock carb(650cfm). Install carpet, door panels and roof liner. |
Here's Jeffs Essex in an earlier pic on other wheels. |
This looks like a lot of fun, and Jeff has a good time cruising his Essex. |
